Good Morning to all,
It was a really busy weekend but a really good one. I am tired and wiped out this morning but I do not mind at all cause God did some great things on this weekend.
Friday we had a great time at Souled Out. We had some fun and we had a great time with the Lord. We are getting closer to him and with each step we take he takes a step to us. I am excited so see God move on a Friday night when young people gather together to worship him. There is a young lady in our group that sent me a email a little while ago saying that her moms uncle was in a major accident at work and that Doctors had only given him 24 hours to live. Well she went to prayer and started to ask God to step on the scene. Well 24 hours came and went and he was still alive and on the mend. Doctors were left saying they could not believe what was going on. We serve a God that listens and cares what you are going through. If there is a need no matter how great God is able to answer and make a way. We give God the Glory for the miracle that is taking place not only in the uncles life but in the life of our young people. God is on the move and if you are not on bored the ship when it sets sail you will miss out on what God wants to do. Really feeling a burden for no empty seats not just in our church or in our homes or cars but no empty seats at Friday Night Souled Out. We need to reach out now for the lost in this world. God is starting to move you can feel it and see it starting to happen all over this world. I am excited and looking forward to what God is going to do. The thing is I am not going to sit back and wait for God to do a work, I am going to go out and be a vessel for God to use. The time is now. The church needs to stand up and be the church of the last days. If you have the Holy Ghost you have the power to reach and save this lost world. I am going to share some excuses that I have given to God and here is his response to what I say in the flesh.
1. I do not know what to say,
Mat 10:19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
Mat 10:20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.
When you are filled with the Holy Ghost that means God is with you and in you. When he leads you to some one that needs a word or a friend, if you trust him he will give you the words to say. As you talk to the person you will find that words come and you are able to reach that person and minister to that person in a way that we never thought could happen. God knows what is going on in there life at that moment and if he directed you to that person then he will give you the words to say at the right time so just trust in the Lord.
2. I don't know that much and I am not bold enough for God to use me,
Act 4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
Act 4:9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;
Act 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
Act 4:11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Act 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
If Peter can do it you can do it. When you are full of the Holy Ghost and you step out in faith and say God I don't have the boldness but I am going to step out any way he is there and says that is all I need. If you are willing then God can use you in a great way and guess what he will make the way not us. So be bold cause God is with You.
3rd and one of the bigger ones if not the biggest. I AM AFRAID.
I have too much fear, I am too scared to be bold or to let God give me the words. I freeze up and can not even move when the opportunity comes for me to reach some one.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Rom 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
Rom 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
Rom 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
When we have Jesus on our side there is nothing that can stand in our way. If you remember when you were younger and you would get afraid you would run to Dad and if he was not around it was Mom. If you feel that fear start to take over to where you can not do what God is calling you to do remember who your Heavenly Father is. Call out is name and take that step past the fear and see what God will do. He is there for you and will do a great work through you only if you will step out. We need to take the first step to show God that we want to be used of him. If we say no God will not push or make us do something we would not like to do. The thing is we are living in the last days and God is moving all over the place so if we sit back now we are really going to miss and not be apart of what God wants to do right now in the world. So step out in faith and lets see God do great things all over the place.
Saturday
Had a great time at the rally in New West. It was a great time getting together with the people of Sect 2 and just worshiping God. It is a great time to be able to see you are not alone and there are other churches that worship and believe in the same God that you do.
Sunday
Was just a awesome time in the Lord in both services. God is wanting to move through his church in a mighty way and he wants to do it now. He does not want to wait another few years so that you can get a little older. Time is short and he is starting to move so don't look at your age and instead look and get your mind on what you can do for Him. He has a work for you to do right now, will you be willing to answer the call. He was calling us to make sure we are right with him so that he can move and reach and touch and change lives. Are you ready for what God is going to do. We have been praying for God to move and he is now answering that prayer will we realize that he is and take part. I am excited and pumped about what God is doing and going to do. Personally I have been waiting a long time for this and I am excited to have just a little part of what God is going to do in this end time. See you all later and hope all are ready for what God is going to do in your life and the lives of others.

Keep On Running.
Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Having a hard day look to Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. He knows where we are and what we are going threw. So look to Jesus and lean on him. Have a great day.

Friday Night Souled Out Missionary Night
Good Morning,
I am pumped and ready for Friday Night Souled Out. We have a missionary joining us tonight and I am really looking forward to it. Alway love to see and hear what is going on some where else in this world. I am excited about what God is going to do and how he is going to move tonight, but there is something that is on my mind and only when ever a missionary comes and leaves town. It is not that great but I hope it speaks and reminds us of our brothers and sisters far away.
They come to our church and our town for a night or maybe two. They come and share their burden and we share it to for just a few minutes of our time, they tell us of a place and a land. A land they have been called to, a place they now call there home. They tell us of the troubles the heartache and pain. What it took to get there and why they must get back. They tell of the great things done by a God that called them to that place oh so far away. Pictures and a little clip of what God has done then a little message about souls and a prayer done. You leave that place touched and moved, you talk on your way home about that place, you will pray for them, then sleep you see in your own bed, then off to work school and play. They moves on, the next church they must go, night after night day after day looking to a time they can go back to a place they now call home. We remember there names we know they came but we forget the burden and forget to pray. We go on our way busy distracted forgetting the few moments we shared with a brother and sister from oh so far away. Like a distant relative you only see once every few years only thinking about them when another appears. We need to remember we need to pray each and every day for those that have laid it on the line and answered a call to go oh so far away. They need to remember and we must not forget that we are in this together right to the end. Thou miles water and land stand in our way from getting in our car and seeing them day to day. When our knees we go for that one oh so far away the miles disappear and the one that called them hears a prayer for that one oh so far away he takes the prayer and moves mountains and seas, time and space and taking those prayers from right where we are and right to a heart and a need of one that has answered a call to go oh so far away. Reminding them there is a church and a people that are praying and that have remembered they are there doing a work so great and reaching a lost to many to count in a land so far a way. Remember to pray, remember to say in what ever way you can that we have not forgotten a night where they came and shared a burden for a land oh so far away.
Not the best I know but so important we do not forget. We have so many all over the world and some times we forget that some of these family's and people are all there is for miles and miles around. There is no church in the next town or down the street. They are it and they really need our prayers and I know I have forgotten to pray for them but I am going to do my best to remember to pray each day. We do need to pray each day for them cause they are doing a work for God. So remember our Missionary's they need your prayer's.
Also on a side note I apologize for no pictures yet. Each time I leave the house we forget to bring the camera. I will be working hard not to forget it and will hopefully have pictures soon. Here is one I have taken from my phone. Will have some more soon.
Hope all have a great Day and will see you tonight 7:30pm Life Tabernacle Langley Going to be a great time do not miss it.

Friday Night Souled Out.
Good Afternoon,
Tonight at Souled Out we are going to try and answer a huge question. This question is one that many have tried to answer. We are going to see what happens when we put the Guys against the Girls in a series of competitions. We are tied at one win a piece right now and we are going to have a great time finding out who can edge out the other. Going to have some food and a great time. Will have some pictures of tonight up tomorrow.
Have a great Day.

They That Wait Upon The Lord
Isa 40:28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
Isa 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Isa 40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
Isa 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Good Morning all out there.
Just sitting in my home away from home. I love coming to the church early on a Saturday morning. There is just nothing better. Sitting here listening to some music and just talking to God is the best way to spend a early Saturday Morning. This place I do not think I can get tired of coming to. My Dad took this church back in 1991 or around there and you know what the building has not changed to much from when we started to come but you know it is just so much fun and I am excited each time that I am able to come through those doors. On any given week I am coming to Gods house at least 4 times a week. It has never gotten old and it has always been a good time each and every time I am here. I know what you are thinking, there is no way you could go to the same place year after year and day after day and think that it is something that is fun or exciting. You might be thinking that I don’t enjoy going to the same place all the time. You are right; if it was any other place it grows old really fast. I am not coming to a building all the time you are right in thinking if I came to a building day in and day out it would get boring. I am coming to a place where my Jesus is. I come to a place that I know he is going to be there. I know I can pray at home and talk with him at home and through the day but there is just something different about going to his house. As a kid I remember when friends would come over to my house to play and we would have a great time. The thing is there is something different and some times more fun about going to some one else house to play and have a good time. The same idea applies here, it is alright to talk with Jesus at my house but it is cooler to go to his house and spend time with him. What is it that has kept me walking with him all this time. What is it that keeps me going day after day. It is the scriptures at the top. Even in the times when I really don’t feel like seeing him when I walk in the doors of his house something happens. When I lift up my hands and worship him even though the world might be falling apart around me I feel his presence and he renews me. As I wait on him he gives me the strength to make it through. The situation might not have changed but after I leave his house I feel a million times better, It is almost like going to a good friends house and leaving with a full stomach and a smile on your face having enjoyed the time you just spent with your friends. When you leave the house of the Lord you leave full and with a big smile on your face knowing you just spent some good quality time with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is just so Awesome and wonderful. So don’t stop where you are and say ok God renew me now won’t work. Get to his house and just spend some time with your closest friend and when you are at his house you are able to hear his word and you are able to spend time with him. That is why it is important to get connected with a church family. They are going through the same things that you are and if you get together with Jesus he renews and refreshes and gives you the strength to put one foot in front of the other. We need him cause my strength will fail but he will never fail and will never ever let you down.
Hope all have a great night.

Going Forward
Good Evening all,
This is James just wanting to say hello and let everyone know that God is really good. Last night was a really good night. We had lots of fun, we played some games and we had a move of God. We had 17 in Souled Out and that is an exciting thing. With Gods help we are going forward. I really feel that God is wanting to do a great work in the lives of people all over this city. He is waiting for us to get up and go into the city he has called us to. So instead of running and searching this world over to fill that emptiness that we feel in our lives, we should run to Jesus and we will find that peace that we have been looking for. Yes it is hard to do what God wants us to do. I know what it feels like to run from the Lord but I also know what it feels like to surrender and let God move in a mighty way. So I am excited for what God is going to do in this last day. Looking forward to how God is going to move in the young people of Langley. Next week there is no Souled Out, we will be in revival but the week after is going to be really good time. Till next time have a great day and be sensitive to what God wants to do in your life. God has a plan and it is a great plan. He never does things small he always does things in a great way. Don't be afraid of what God wants to do cause he will make a way where there is no way. When it looks like there is no way that is when God steps in and he does great things. Thanks for reading, have a great night.

Inventory
Good Day all,
Sorry for the late post. Had to get up early today and go in to work. Doing an inventory to see just what is in our yard for stock and what we think that we had but really don’t.
Thinking about it there are times in our life that we need to stop and take an inventory of what we have in our life. Things that we think we have that we really do not and other things that we did not realize were there. We think that we keep track of everything that comes and goes in and out of our life but you would be amazed at what sticks and what just slips away.
This world today is so busy and it is go-go-go all the time. Don’t stop; if you stop you will miss something and you don’t want to do that. It is easy to just get going so fast that you do not know when to slow down cause there is just way too much to do. I encourage you to slow down just a little. Life will still be there it is not going anywhere. Things will not change that much while you take time to see what is in your life and what is missing. Take time for yourself and get in touch with God. If you don’t, you will go to get something off a self in your life and you will realize you are out of it and you will find things in its place that you did not plan to have there.
Life is too short to just rush through and miss things around you. So take stock and remember God is there for you no matter what. It might feel like things are missing and there is just too much junk in your life. Take a break breath and do an inventory and search for the things that you feel have been lost cause I can tell you if you start to look for stock in your life you will not have to look too far. Getting on your knees in prayer is a good place to start.
So, remember to do an inventory of your life from time to time and don’t let things that are important slip away.
At work, the only good time to do an inventory, a complete one, is when no one is there and nothing is moving. When things are moving and the guys are working then you miss stuff and things don’t get counted and you don’t have the right stock counted. So find some time to take an inventory so that you know what is going on in your life.

First Blog of 2010
Good Morning All,
Just want to start out by telling you a little bit about my self. First my name is James Lory and I am the Youth Leader of Life Tabernacle in Langley. I am 26 and am married and have one child. My little girl is 6 months old and I really enjoying being a Dad.
I am really excited about what is going to happen in 2010 in Souled Out. I am doing this Blog to keep up with what is going on in Souled Out and the progress through the year. As a group, I am thankful for each Student that is there and I am looking forward to seeing what God does in each and every one.
The title for January is Lost & Found. Just a simple title but something that I feel is really important for today and this month. In the next couple weeks I will be talking about something that has been Lost and and how to find it again. Just simple things and simple ideas cause God is not as complicated as some try and make him out to be. He is the King of Kings and he did speak the world into existents and is a really big God but as big as he is and has awesome as he is he is still interested in what you are going through and what is happening in your life from day to day. That is the first thing that I think has been Lost. It is having an understanding that God is not some far off God and he is not too busy with all that is going on that he can not take time to meet with you where you are at.
If you have been a live for very long you have times in your life where you feel like you are all alone. No matter how many people are around you feel like you are the only one left in this world. You could be in the middle of a mall during the Christmas rush and feel like there was no one at all. When life is down and life is just not going the way it should we feel like it will never end. I have felt this way from time to time but the thing is I know a God that never leaves my side. So we have Lost sight of the fact that God is always there and if we turn to him he is able to help. If you don't know who God is, that is alright cause he is a God that is as close as the mention of his name. So if you know him or if you want to know who he is all you have to do is call out his name. That name is Jesus. If you are wondering, how can he help, how is it possible for him to help me. Here is a chapter in the bible that will help. This is what I turn to when I am feeling down and out.
Psalm 27:1-14
Psa 27:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Psa 27:2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
Psa 27:3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
Psa 27:4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
Psa 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
Psa 27:6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.
Psa 27:7 Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
Psa 27:8 When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek.
Psa 27:9 Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.
Psa 27:10 When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.
Psa 27:11 Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.
Psa 27:12 Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
Psa 27:13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.
Psa 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
I am writing this blog not just for people that know who he is but for people that are looking for some thing but unsure of what they are looking for. I just want to say if you have tried everything that this world there is some thing that I have tired and found to fill that void that emptiness that I had in my life. Even as some one that knows Jesus there are times that I need to remind my self of just how Great God is. I need to remember just how close God is and what he is able to do.
We forget just how close he is and we also forget that all it takes to get close to him again is just calling out his Name and talking with him in your own way. It does not take long at all in talking with him to find him. So knowing him for a long time like I have or not even know much about him he is always right there.
